Product Description Razor products have populated neighborhoods across the U.S., but they don't stop where the sidewalk ends. With the Dirt Rocket line, Razor introduced off-road rides for those who aren't afraid of the dirt. The MX400 Dirt Rocket™, awarded the Toys “R” Us Joy List and praised in Sports Illustrated for Kids, is a scaled down, electric powered dirt bike that’s a fun way for younger riders to live out their off-road fantasies. With a high torque motor, large, knobby tires, and speeds up to 12 miles per hour, that dirt hill has got nothin' on you.

| Customer Reviews: BEST INVESTMENT October 1, 2009 D. Javier (Rochester, NY) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this for my son's 7th birthday and he absolutely LOVES it. Not only can I not keep him off of it, but I also can't keep the neighborhood kids off of it. I have heard that the battery life does not last past 45 minutes, but I have personally witnessed him ride it for almost a whole day straight.
This is by far the BEST investment I have made in toy choices so far!
Big Disappointment from the MX400 August 31, 2009 MTL (NB, Canada) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
You would expect the MX400 to be an improvement over the MX350 but having seen my son on both it was clear the old MX350 had a much better design.
The biggest problem with the new bike is that the front and rear suspensions have now been removed and the frame is rigid. So unless your child is only riding on the street, it's a very harsh ride to say the least. You can air down the tire to give you a little more chushion but it's a poor compromise.
The second problem is that the twist throttle is no longer variable speed. The throttle is now a twist version of a light switch. Again this provides very jerky movement of the bike and detracts from the fun a child has while using it.
My recommendation is to buy an older MX350 (if you can find one) or to move up to the MX500 until Razor get these items changed on their latest design. C'mon Razor, I know you can do better than this.

No Problems, Nice starter Dirt bike. Bought it for my son's
7th Birthday. Works great in our 1/2 to 1 acre backyard.
He gets a good 1/2 hour of ride time, then charge over night
for the next day.
not pleased with the performance March 27, 2009 Kelly Cronin 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
I am not happy with the performance of the dirt rocket. The battery loses its charge very quickly. It is definately not worth the money I paid for it.
