great trailer for the price February 17, 2010 D. Swords (Central Coast, California.) Very solid, easy to put together, take apart. Works great. It is worth every penny!
Uncomfortable Kiddie Ride January 27, 2010 Francisco J. Guerrero Support for kid in trailer uncomfortable specially if potholes are present. Quick assembly easy to connect and good instructions.
InStep Quick N EZ Bicycle Trailer (Gold/Gray/Black) January 27, 2010 K. Werner (Earthquake Capitol, CA) Item arrived on time. Intallation was snap! Previouse reveiw regarding the seat are spot on. I installed a seat support and it appears my daughter is more comfortable. Pulls easy and she is excited to go for a ride.
Awesome wheelchair or stroller for a senior dog November 19, 2009 Jolly Reader (New York, NY) We got this stroller after our dog was recovering from vestibular syndrome, a kind of mini-stroke that impairs balance. We weren't sure if he would cooperate with it, but it was a fantastic tool for getting him out. We could take him to parks and forests and he could save his energy till he got where he wanted to be. It was great for his mental health to be able to get out, see friends and play. I modified it slightly, undoing the sloping seat, supporting the bottom and putting in a thick foam exercise pad. One of his dog girlfriends would even get in with him.
More like 4.5 stars - Great for stay at home Dad w/out a car. November 4, 2009 Brett Williams (Sacramento) To put the review in context, my daughter is 16 months, I live in Sacramento (re: flat), and I ride a 7 speed cruiser. I don't own a car so any chores or short trips are done with the bike trailer. I think other reviews have summed up that the main flaw of the trailer is the seat. It isn't great, but has worked out fine for me. I typically ride between 10-30 minutes and my daughter doesn't complain about it. I can load about two bags worth of groceries in the back, but have to be strategic about placement of boxes because corners could poke my daughter's back. The trailer is both quick and easy to assemble and use. I had to contact InStep because a snap for the trailer's cover had been smashed in delivery. They sent out a new snap quickly and also passed me on to a person to order a second trailer hitch. Given the affordable price of the trailer (cheaper than some bike seats) I highly recommend it.
