Designed for bigger riders doing bigger tricks, the pro-level 2010 Scythe BMX bike is meant to be ridden hard. The Scythe is equipped with a 4130 chromoly frame that uses technologies from Eastern's aftermarket designs, along with a full 4130 chromoly fork with a one-piece steerer tube. The bike also includes a number of sturdy yet lightweight components, such as translucent plastic pedals, Nitrous shifter cranks, an integrated headset, and a Medusa light sprocket. Finally, the bike sports a 20-inch Eastern Curb Monkey front tire and a 20-inch Eastern Burnout rear tire, which combine to excel on a variety of surfaces. Eastern puts its best resources into developing pro-level products and it shows with the 2010 Scythe.
