Nice Bike! December 11, 2008 Randy C. Barnet I have ridden this bike more than 500 miles on Washington DC bike paths (Mt Vernon Trail) since I got it in July 2008. I have had one flat from a pothole. The bike is very nice but a little on the heavier side uphill. On the flats it travels at about 18mph with minimal effort. I've had this rig going 40mph downhill (scary) lol. I wish it was a 21 speed sometimes. The shifters are a dream to use and become a mindless operation in no time. The seat hurts my butt after about 20 miles, I recommend getting a Brooks seat if you're serious. The front wheel quick release wasn't in the box but Kent shipped one quickly. I took the cage/strap part off the peddles by taking off two screws. I made a head light by hooking up a 20watt/12volt halogen yard spotlight (google geeklight for ideas) and hooked it up to a 18 volt drill battery which fits in the bottle holder. The light is so bright cars wait at stops for me as they think I'm an oncoming motorcycle lol. The bike is very classy looking and has received several compliments on the trails. This bike will put the bike bug in you and you will want something lighter and higher geared in the future but for the price you can't go wrong. I hate that it is made in China but so is everything these days.... MyK

Lamborghini Classica Road Bike (25-Inch Frame) September 15, 2008 Colleen Zobel (Portland, OR) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Great bike, I am 6.1" and the 25 inch frame is perfect for me... I went to several bike stores and I could not find a bike like this for this price. The shifter is very very smooth... In addition I can say that I have a Lamborghini in my garage. I cannot believe the price on this bike.
Very Good Choice for the Price August 16, 2008 Scott E. Benson 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
Overall, I think this is a very good bike for $400. I'm torn about whether to rate it a 4 or a 5, but I decided on a 4 because it's not perfect. Background: I was in the market for a solid road bike under $500 to use to commute to work, and I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for in bike shops around town. I came across the Tonino Lamborghini Classica on Amazon and realized it was exactly the type of bike I wanted. After reading the generally positive reviews, I rationalized the online purchase. Pros: - Brushed aluminum, black, and red combination looks great - Smooth, relatively comfortable ride - Solid components (derailleur took some tweaking to make it shift smoothly, but it's doing well now) - Free shipping; I received it in 2 days Cons: - Assembling the bike and tweaking the components took several hours. Although not impossible for a novice, you may want to take it to a bike shop to ensure you correctly adjust derailleurs, brakes, and wheel alignment - Manual is more generic than it should be; it would help if it were written specifically for this bike - The cage pedals seem cheap; I find that the nylon strap comes detached from the pedal too easily. Overall: I definitely recommend this bike for novice to intermediate riders who don't see the point in spending $1500 for a bicycle.
Decent dollar value July 6, 2008 SD (Richmond Hill, NY USA) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
Excellent two day free delivery. No missing or damaged components. Swift, smooth and silent machine. Strong frame, wheels and tyres. My LBS claims the STI shifters are above standard. Great for track and touring. Very comfortable seat. This is the best I could find in this price range. Get a lot of compliments and inquiries about it. I have been riding it for over two weeks on rough NYC roads and pavements and have had no issues so far. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
